Since the first human ventured into space in 1961, both astronauts and cosmonauts have followed with the goal of spending greater and greater lengths of time in space. Humans have not been farther than the moon, however unpiloted robotic explorers have journeyed where their human creators could not yet go. On today's quest, we will continue exploring the history of man's adventure into space.
